Aurgho Jyoti ,Founder & Creative Director, AUR. M.Des (Harvard) | M.Arch II (Cornell) | B.Arch (SPA Delhi) is an architect and design leader whose work explores the intersection of architecture, materiality, culture and context.

Aurgho has worked internationally with leading architectural practices including SOM, OMA/Rem Koolhaas, Gehry Technologies, Studio Fuksas and 3Gatti Architecture Studio, across New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Rome, Hong Kong, Shanghai, New Delhi and Kolkata.

His experience spans high-rise, institutional, residential and cultural architecture, with his work published and exhibited internationally. He has also conducted research at MIT Media Lab and Harvard University.
As an Advisor to OneEastern, Aurgho brings a global design perspective rooted in a deep understanding of Bengal, its culture and its evolving built environment.
His role is to help OneEastern approach real estate not merely as development, but as the creation of places with identity, relevance and enduring design value.
