Arindam’s professional associations includes, Fellow, The Institute of Engineers
(India), Life Member- American Society of Civil Engineers, All India Management Association, Forum of Scientists Engineers and Technicians.

Since 2009, his firm Solitaire Project Solutions has worked on close to 50+ projects in Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati and various other markets.
Arindam’s portfolio includes Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Industrial.
Few mentionable projects Arindam has worked for includes The First Green School Building with Gold Certification (The New Town School), The First Zero Discharge Hospitality Project in Eastern India (Hotel Sonar Bangla, Sunderban) and The Tallest Five Star Resort in Orissa (Swosti Premium Beach Resort Puri)
