An alumnus of JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, Sourabh was part of the Founding Team of Lemongrass Advisors, contributing significantly to it growth and eventual integration to Cushman & Wakefield.
Over the years, Sourabh has developed strong expertise in Residential Development, currently developing two residential projects in association with Jalan Group. He plays the leading role in Land Evaluation, Project Planning, Cost Estimation, Design Coordination and Statutory Compliance.
Sourabh has an exceptional talent of developing strong relationships with his clients by virtue of his on ground execution skills.
